The home inspection that you completed on March 13, 2008 exceeded my expectations. I had two home inspections done in the past and they were not as detailed or organized as this one. You and Cory were very professional, discussed and showed me things throughout the house that may be of some concern, and other items that may be a larger concern. I received a detailed report, with pictures and descriptions of items which I have never received before. I was very impressed with this format and for someone that doesn't understand a lot of the construction in a home, this was very clear. Thanks again for keeping me informed and being open to all my questions.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the expertise and professionalism displayed by you and your staff in carrying out two home inspections on our behalf. The items identified in your reports, as well as the supporting information you were able to provide, contributed significantly to our decision making process.

In March of 2008, after being in the market for a new home for over a year, we enlisted your services to inspect a property that we felt very excited about. We understood that, as an older home, it would require some maintenance and renovating and thought that we had a good idea of the scope and costs of the work required and were relying on Absolute Home Inspections for confirmation of our findings. Having used a home inspection service 4 times in the last 6 years, we were very impressed with your initial correspondence prior to the inspection and the quality and depth of your final report. The data provided consistently exceeded what we have come to expect as the “industry standard” and it was obvious that it could only have been compiled after the conduct of a very comprehensive and thorough inspection routine. We were particularly impressed with your ability to outline the facts of an issue without offering opinion or supposition; this provided us with very objective data from which we could then make an informed decision. Fortunately, you were able to indentify several significant issues that we had overlooked and which would have been very costly to address after the purchase; subsequently, we chose to withdraw our offer on this property. Within a week we found and, with your assistance, were able to close on our current property in Porters Lake.

We feel very fortunate that, with your expert help, we were able to avoid getting into a difficult position. The professionalism and integrity displayed throughout both inspections was second to none and your ability to respond to any request on short notice was very impressive.
