Qualifications

CAPHI - membe of the Canadian association of home and property inspectors As a CAHPI Atlantic member, I provide inspections that are in accordance with the CAHPI Standards of Practices. I have passed all written examinations testing my knowledge of residential constructrion, inspection techniques; report writing and the standard of practice and Code of Ethics. I have attended and completed the defect recognition and reporting course through CAHPI Atlantic, and I have attended the 2008 CAHPI national conference.

Certified by Carson Dunlop Awarded a Certificate of Completion from Carson Dunlop, an accredited training provider for home inspections.  Recognized by the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspections.
Member of the Military Relocation Program I have met all requirements as outlined by the Brookfield Military Relocation program, some of which include, comprehensive errors and omissions insurance, membership in a professional organization, and we follow the CAHPI code of ethics.
